Meet the Staff….

Mrs Bright is the Headteacher & was appointed in October 1999 

 Mrs Elkington teaches Class 1 on a job-share basis with Mrs Newson. She is a member of the Senior leadership team and has responsibility for curriculum development.

 Mrs Dane is the special educational needs co-ordinator ( SENCo). She works part -time.

Mrs Newson works with Mrs Elkington in Class 1. She is also the Numeracy subject leader.

Mrs Parrish is a TA. She works across the school supporting the teaching of ICT & working with children with SEN.

Mrs Meldrum is the Office manager. She deals with parents’ queries before & after school.

Mrs Wood is Class 1 TA. She also has responsibility for making sure that all the display in the school looks good.

Mrs Johnson teaches Class 2 & also has responsibility for PSHE, this includes working with the School Council as well as supporting our Healthy Schools initiative.

Mrs Crouch teaches Class 3 & is the Literacy subject leader.

Mrs Street is Class 3’s TA, lunchtime play leader & one of the school’s named first-aiders.

Mrs Harrison is a very busy lady as she is the TA in Class 2, Midday supervisor as well as a named first-aider & having responsibility for looking after the library.

Mrs Barnard is a General Assistant but mainly helps Mrs Meldrum in the School Office.

Mr & Mrs White are our Cleaners-in-Charge and keep the school spotlessly clean.

Mrs Sinfield is one of the TAs in Class 4. She also helps Mrs Johnson with Healthy Schools.

Mrs Cracknell  is also a TA in Class 4. She has responsibility for Gym Trail 3 mornings a week & looks after the school garden.

Mrs Orwell is the clerk to the School  Governors. She also works as a midday assistant on Wednesdays when we have a lunchtime dance club.

Mrs Stedman is a midday assistant with Mrs Harrison, Mrs Wood & Mrs Sinfield.
